    I girls. I’ve just had surgery (not with mya). And I have to wear a band aswell as post-OP bra after for at least 6 weeks. The band it’s to push the boobs down and in so they cant rise too high. It is extremely tight and am only aloud to take it off now and then which I have for a few seconds. Do mya provide this band too and does it hurt anyone or does it get better !?!?!

    I’m 1 week and 5 days post op and have to wear a band aswell as my post op bra for 6 weeks it’s actually very uncomfortable for me too it’s hurting my boobs
    And frustrating me I take it off now and again only for like 10 mins a day it feels soooo much better when the band has been opened lol but once it’s back on it kills I’m not with Mya I went with a different company
    Im not too sure if it gets better yet but Im wondering if it will aswell 🤔

    It keeps digging into my armpits aswell which is really uncomfortable 😩xx

    Hi pink princess, thanks for letting me know as I didnt hear about this anywhere that I went! I wear both a post-op bra and my band. I thought it was my whole chest that hurts but when I took the band off I realised it was the band that’s making it too painful and uncomfortable. I’m hoping when they start to fluff it will ease but I only had they done 1 day ago so I dint know when they will start to fluff. The pain killers arent touching it because its constant pressure. I really need it to ease. Kinda has a burning sensation and its horrible!! Xx

    Mine were alot worse at the start with the band they still are very sore with the band on because the band is pressing on them but once I release the band it feels better
    I had to get some strong pain killers to help aswell because parocetamol etc wasn’t helping at the start we have to wear the band aswell to help them drop and so they don’t rise up so I suppose all this pain will be worth it ☺️
    I had such bad burning too when I first had them done 1 week and 6 days ago that’s normal just all the nerves rebuilding I was told
    It gets better though the pain isn’t as bad as it was but still pain if that makes any sense
    You can tolerate the pain abit more
    just hope once I get past like the 3 or 4 week mark that the band doesn’t still hurt my boobs when pressing on them because I think that is what does make it worse
    my nipples are so tender too when my sports bra is touching them it makes me queasy 🤢 lol if you get shooting pains in your boobs aswell don’t panic that’s also normal I hope you start to feel better soon ☺️ xx
