Try asda online the £8 front fastening one it’s so comfortable! Could be a little more supportive but it’s not too tight or loose, would be perfect and not too expensive xxx

Definitely wear one for all your life haha sounds awful but it’s the best thing for your boobies I haven’t slept a night without one and I reckon if I did they would be sagging fast! I got mine from primark they are really comfy just ones you pull over your head like the racer back style but I’m 7 months so anything feels comfy now ajt make sure the material is soft and light but supportive xxx

I thought we all got told to wear your sports bra for 6 weeks, then you can start shopping for normal bras!
If you read the Mya info booklet am sure it also says in there about wearing it for 8-12 weeks… I would definitely continue to wear it every night if your wearing normal bras of a day 🙂 xxx

to be honest at your early stages any sports bras will feel uncomfortable your boobs are changing all the time so you may find one sports bra is really comfortable then 2 months later its awful!

@Nikki no you’ve got to wear them 24/7 for 6 weeks. I know it’s a ball ache but better to be safe than sorry x
