maybe me being silly again but now worrying about if im going to look or feel fat after ba im trying to loose weight before op but has anyone thought they look big due to ba
I’m feeling this too & on a serious diet, I’ve got 5lbs to lose by 6th April & this last 5lb is so so difficult to shift
I already feel like a porker thinking when I have boobs ill look like a house end… loosing weight is hard though I don’t think I eat badly as it is 🙁 you on a specific diet?
No diet in particular Hun just nothing bad & I have between 509 & 750 calories a day, need to get back to toning up too as I was doing 100 sit ups every night, squats & planking but it doesn’t take long for me to miss a few nights lol xxx
yeh that’s exactly what im trying to do keep my cals low… going to do a bit of a hardcore version of the 5;2 instead of having high cal like 1600 5 days and 500 cal two im going to try do 800 cal 5 days and 500 two days try shock my body into loosing some weight x
U need to do the opposite girls!! Your eating too little calories which puts ur body into starvation mode. So every time u eat your body will absorb every little bit of fat u eat because it doesn’t know when its getting its next meal. You need to eat at least 1500 healthy calories a day and u need to eat little and often, snacking throughout the day eatibg healthy food is better than 3 big meals! This boosts ur metabolism which will make u burn fat more quickly! Cut out carbs after 6pm so no pasta or potatoes after 6. Just eat lean meat like chicken or turkey seasoned with herbs and lots of veg. Also when ur at the gym dont just do hours on cardio, this destroys ur metabolism. U need to do 15-20mins high intensity interval training (one min fast walk, 1min sprint so on etc) followed by 15mins of a low intensity cardio like bike or rower. Then do weights. Weights burn more fat than cardio and they dont make you bulky and muscly because women dont have enough testosterone in our bodies. Xx
You are finding the weight hard to shift cuz you’re under eating. Your body is in starvation mode and is holding on to anything is gets! You should be eating 1200-1500 cals a day varying on how active you are, eating 500-700 cals a day will make you GAIN weight if anything. Just be sensible, everything in moderation and regular work outs, you need to stick to a healthy lifestyle rather than *diet*.

I was gonna say the same haha, i’m a nutrition student. Please forget about calories and eat clean, no white bread, pasta or rice. Try to swap white potatoes for sweet potatoes. And fruit juice may sound healthy but they’re full of sugar and will go straight to your waist line (big no no). Have about 6 small meals a day and drink lots of green tea and water. Also the more muscle tone you have the easier it is to burn fat xx
