    In two days post op with strapping on and my left incision feels really tender my right one is fine is this normal? Also iv been wearing my macom day and night but last night I felt really hot and thin I was sweating. Can I take my macom off or do I have to wear it all the time? X

    As u have strapping you can leave it off for a while. Try to keep it on in the day tho. Normal aches and pains treat them like sisters not lile twins. They’ll heal separately xx

    hi, do you have to wear your bra on top of your strapping? I thought that youd have to start wearing it after the strapping comes off? x

    Nh my nurse put mine on before o left not taken it off since but might take it off for an hour or so x
