Sports bra- how tight? Started by: Laura (@laurawight)

I have 2 asda ones that are comfortable but im not sure if they’re supprtive enough, and have a medium support one which I can’t wear as it rubs on my incisions
I also have 2 32DD ones from Amazon which are very supportive but I don’t know if they are TOO supportive? They pull my boobs together a bit as well as upwards. Is this ok? Or will it affect how they are long term? Scared of not having one supprtive enough and them settling horribly!!
