    Hey ladies…

    I’m currently 2 weeks post op, when can I start applying bio oil or cocoa butter?? Xxx

    Hi Sophie,I am allowed to apply bio oil on my girls as soon as the trapping was removed .
    However to the incision,you would need 6 weeks to make sure it is completely healed …x

    Thanks very much Kim I’ll start applying it. I have started to apply just a little bit but not to my incisions. I won’t do that until 6 weeks. What cream would you recommend for incisions when they are fully healed? I’m not sure of any specific scar creams out there. Xxx

    I would highly recommend the Mederma advanced gel ,Sophie .They are a bit pricey but it is worth every penny …I used it before and it worked very well with my scars ….xx

    I had my op last Monday and my surgeon said I can start rubbing a little bit of bio oil onto my scarrs on Sunday 🙂 x
