@teganx also don’t worry about the anesthetic or painkillers. I felt absolutely 100% when I came round.. The only thing was that I was a little cold and kept falling asleep! Not everyone feels unwell or sick as a side effect so just feel positive about it all and you’ll be fine 🙂 the way you’ll feel when you look down makes everything soooo worth it!! X x

    • Ah this helps a lot thank u soo much! I’ve got the worst phobia of being sick and keep seeing girl put on here that there being really sick from the painkillers/ aneastetic it scares me more than the operation haha! Ah at least you felt ok after! I can cope with the tiredness that’s fine! How are you liking your new boobs 😀 xxx

      • No problem 🙂 they’re amazing, I love them soooo much! It’s true when they say you’ll never regret doing it! The strapping is a little itchy today and the heat of my dinner (I rested the plate on my chest lol) made the overlapping bits of strapping come unstuck so now I can peek down at my brand new cleavage! Happy days! So exciting you’ve not had the op yet.. I only had it three days ago and I’d do the whole experience again in a flash! I was also lucky that my anesthetist was so gentle I barely felt the needle. It’s so reassuring when you get staff who care and want to make it as pleasant as possible x x x

        • So nice to hear you’ve had such a good experience and you’d do it all over again! I am excited but just wanna fast forward to the week after and see how I’m feeling haha, how long have you taken off work? Xxx

          • Yup great experience. The only thing that wasn’t great was the waiting time. You’re supposed to go down to theatre between 1 an 3 hours after your admission time. I waited almost 6 and with no real apology or explanation as to why. I was totally happy and carefree after I had been operated on but I was livid at the time. I’ve taken a week off work so will have had 10 consecutive days off work in order to heal. I absolutely love my boobies, honestly I was umming and ahhing for a long time before I booked the surgery. Now I can’t think why I had any reservations! I’d be lying if I said the pain didn’t get bad sometimes, as I’ve woken up at 5am grabbing for the co codamol because it’s been bad. That stuff is amazing though! They say it gets better after day 4/5 and now I’m on day 4 so finges crossed. They’re only feeling itchy and bruised rather than full on pain 🙂 x x x
