    @marymiall can I see your Vaser pics please?I’m considering the surgery but I’m concerned that the recovery period will be SO much longer than all the clinics say. I had one clinic (not MYA) tell me I’d be back exercising withing a week which seemed ludicrous! It would be good to see your real pics and to hear what you ‘wish you’d known’ before you had it done. Thanks! x

      sure, yes I’m really pleased. It’s a tough gig though I have to say, takes a good 5-6 weeks to really recover, more than they advertise, bit if you can do that, then it’s definitely worth it. I paid 5k and had it with Grant Hamlet, who I definitely recommend. He’s brilliant. I’m thrilled with my results so far and he says it will still get better over the next 6-12 months. I dropped a dress size and totally lost my nasty big tummy, so just delighted really. Loads more help and tips and advise if you’d like, just let me know Mx
