Been to the nurse she said my left boob has taken a battering and the bruising is very severe for a standard boob job, my wounds look good apart from the outer corner on each which are still slightly open, she’s removed the remaining strapping, dressings and sterry strips, but put a new small dressing on both incisions, that I’m to keep on for 3 days, I can go home and shower now woohoo!! X

I’m the same! Got really scared last night as there was some stuff coming out of the right incision and it looked bad. So saw the nurse today who said its fine. I felt silly, but she did say it’s just that bit that’s bit behind all the rest is good.. I got loads of bruises.. Not seen anyone on here like me until you posted yours. Weird right?? I got a dressing on the right now, for another 5 days. Gonna stay away from the shower till I’m sure it’s all healed and dried xx
Yeah I’ve seen nobody with bruises too ! There’s another on the top of my boobs which is barely visible, like a green colour which must’ve faded under the strapping, bet that was scary for you with your right incision, have you pulled yourself? I’ve got two waterproof dressings on now, have you? I had the best shower tonight feel much better already xx
Yeah I had water proof dressings on since Friday, but it wasn’t on the incision where the issue was? Weird. Must have come off somehow.
She just said it’s bit behind, but perfectly fine/normal… errr oookaay 🙂 No dressing on my left now, but back to waterproof dressing on right incision till Saturday.
She cut my sutures yesterday so not going back now till my 6 week po appointment xx
Scared of showering now haha :$
