It hard as i havent seen you but i doubt 400 will be too big for you? I would have gone slightly bigger, i would have asked for an E instead, only because they really dont look like they sound! Dont be nervous!!! Go for it!! Id of asked for 450/500cc if could go back.
With 425 i still fit in tops etc that i had before, its just like i had my double your cup size padded bra on but obviously now it without a bra 🙂 maybe once i put a bra on i will fell bigger too! 🙂 x
