Patient Story

Why did you want the procedure?

I wanted to have breast enlargement because I felt like my boobs were lacking volume around my chest and there was a long gap between my collar bone and nipple which gave the illusion that my breast were dropping slightly. I was getting fed up of using rolls of boob tape to get my achieved cleavage and wearing push up bras for the fullness on top
Why did you choose MYA?

A few of my friends have gone with MYA and I felt comfortable with choosing them as the provider
I also went for a consultation in 2013 and was happy then and when I went back I was still really happy with my PC and the clinic
How was your consultation?

My consultation was great!
To the point, informative And relaxing
I asked all the questions I wanted to and got the answers
How was the day of your procedure?

The day of the procedure was fine
Coming up to the procedure I was nervous and scared but as soon as I got there I was relaxed
I had an admission time of 7am and had my operation by 10:30!
The nurses were lovely and they only have your best interests at heart so want the best quickest and most comfortable recovery
How was your recovery?

On the day of surgery I felt ok when I got home I was moving around and acting my self but as soon as the GA wore off the next day I was in more pain
It wasn’t a very bad pain it was just bruising from the op
As long as I kept myself topped up on the pain killers I was absolutely fine
The only frustrating part was the sleeping as I hate sleeping on my back and having to sleep upright for a week with a sticky bandage on gets quite uncomfortable! But I dealt with it
Are you happy with your results?

I am going to have my strapping off on 19th Jan 2015
But so far so good love the size and the shape! 🙂
