It depends on how much breast tissue you have, my surgeon recommended under the muscle for me and I think it was because I go to the gym quite often and I had 350cc round high profile implants. I’m 3 weeks post op and I’m so pleased with my results so far 🙂

It depends if you’re having over the muscle or under the muscle too as I’m pretty sure if you have under the muscle it takes off 25cc. Hey Hannah, the physical consultation is free. The only thing I paid for was the online consultation which was the one before I met my surgeon in person and that was about £25. I train a lot too and I had 350cc unders high profile, and I’m 5’5 and about 10st or just under. I had my breast augmentation with Mr Mileto last week too, I had 350cc high profile unders and I was a 32b before BA. You need to give it time and remember your body is still adjusting, once you go through the ‘drop and fluff’ process which can take a while you’ll start seeing results and it’ll be worth it. Trust me it’ll happen, try not to worry! X

Had my breast enlargement surgery on the 29th and I wore loose clothing to the hospital (leggings, t shirt and hoodie) and then coming home (I was a day patient) I wore a loose button up shirt and leggings as you’ll want to be in something comfy and easy to put on. I’m on day 5 post op and been living in pjs
