I’m 3 weeks post op and I had 350cc implants, I was a B cup and had mine under the muscle. It depends if you’re having over the muscle or under the muscle too as I’m pretty sure if you have under the muscle it takes off 25cc. In my opinion I think if you’re wanting to achieve a full C cup you’re better off going for either 225, or 250 as even though I had 350cc implants and I’m still recovering, I measured myself and I’m a D/DD now and they still need to ‘drop and fluff’.
