Surgery date for vasar lipo on flanks and lower stomach 29th April 2017

I workout weights and cardio 3-4 times a week for years. I’m always so conscious about my diet and stubborn fat is not going. Don’t get me wrong I’m not super thin I’m a comfortable size 14 tight 12. Used to be a tight size 16. I think my diets just maintaining my figure and I just wish my fat roles were little smoothed out as I am happy with my weight.

really excited and scared so anxious about what my results will be.
