• I was a very empty droopy D before my op. I’m now a perk full F cup! You wouldn’t think I’m an F cup though. I was borderline uplift as had empty boobs post breast feeding. I seriously need to update my profile pictures but I do have some on there for you to see the beginning of my journey x

Hi! I can’t see any pictures but I think I was in a similar position to you. My incisions looked messy, bumpy and I was dreading what they where going to end up like. But at around 5 weeks I went to bed and woke up the next morning with completely flat incisions. It was the strangest thing but now I’m 7 weeks post op and they are looking great! Honestly stick it out. Pictures on my profile to show progress, feel free to add me! X

Hi I had 425/450cc high profile overs 7 weeks ago. I did however start as a empty d/DD due to breastfeeding and I was borderline uplift. I’m now measuring a F and very happy with my results. Sorry my before is very different to you but I think 425/450 implants are a great size! I need to update pictures on my profile but feel free to add me for pics πŸ™‚ x

I had overs 7 weeks ago. I’m a single parent of a 21 months old. I had my mum with me for a week but she came down with a bug and I was basically on my own a few days afte my op. She lifted him in/out of his cot for me but otherwise I was completely fine. Honestly it’s nowhere near as bad as you read, I’m sure you’ll be fine. I was worried about tantrums as my little boy kicks and thrashes about but a 8month old should be easier πŸ™‚ by 2/3 weeks I felt completely normal. Go for it! Good luck!! X

I absolutely love my macoms. I took all of my other bras back and ordered a second Macom. I’m now 6 weeks post op and still loving it. I’m not even wearing a proper bra her as just find the Macom so comfortable and it’s definitely my support/comfort blanket! MYA2016 is a discount code you can use x

Hi @Alice. I’m 6 weeks post op and am a single parent of a 20 month old. I was reading so much on this forum and was actually petrified about the recovery and if I was being selfish etc but I can honestly say (I may of just been lucky) but after day 2 and after I stopped taking coedine I was perfectly fine. My mum was off for a week but unfortunately got a sickness bug a few days in so I had to manage. I just needed her to lift him in/out of his cot and obviously I wasn’t driving so that was fine. I could do everything else though. Lifting a full kettle was the other hard thing. I had overs so I may of been fortunate! Any questions please ask me πŸ™‚ xx

@Janelle I agree it’s so addictive isn’t it. I also want vaser lipo to try and get rid of some of my stretched tummy after having my baby. You do just accept even slightly bigger than you had before don’t you then get used to them being bigger. I’m going to get measured in a bit as need a bra rather than this Macom to wear out at the weekend. I’ll be 1 evening off 6 weeks post op so I’m hoping I’ll be ok for a few hours! Xx

    In reply to: Soooo undecided!!

I would go for the bigger implant. It’s only 25cc difference and boob greed is a real thing. You get used to the swelling and are then sad when it goes down. I’m yet to see a post where somebody wish they went smaller. Already bigger or the biggest that they where offered xx

Sorry not unders but I had 425/450 overs with Mr.Marcellino. I was a empty D and was measured a F/G at 3 weeks post op. I’m not 6 weeks post op and say I’m a E. Sorry not unders like you asked but here’s a before/after pic x

I got measured a 34F/G at 3 weeks and now at 6 weeks post op I tried on a E today and it fit with space. I can’t say I was too happy about it but I would say wait or buy and return as they really have gone down πŸ™

@Hayley thank you for tagging me in this πŸ™‚ @Marie I think I can help πŸ™‚ my pre op boobs look saggier than yours and I was a empty D/DD. My surgeon was Dr.Marcellino at Fitzroy London. He said I was borderline uplift and the more I went back the more he recommended a uplift but I just went for the BA as I didn’t want the scarring right now and I also wanted the chance to breast feed. I had my little boy nearly 2 years ago and plan to have another in the next couple so I will probably have an uplift then. Dr.Marcellino suggested a bigger high profile over implant to fill my empty skin. He offered 375-550cc. I chose 450 and needed one 425 one 450 to try and even out my asymmetry. I think I’ve got a great result. They look natural, full, feel soft and definitely aren’t saggy. Yes they have dropped but I think this looks more natural. With a BA you just have a bigger version of what you already have. So for me that’s uneven heights of my nipples and still some asymmetry (not clear in the picture I’ll upload). I’m 6 weeks post op Sunday and can’t wait to see what my PC and surgeon have to say. Incisions heeling nicely and I’ve had no pain or problems. I highly recommend Dr.Marcellino so maybe ask to see him. I didn’t see any other surgeons. He is short and sweet whereas I like to go over and over things but I guess he knows what he’s talking about so didn’t need too. Feel free to add me. I have lots of pictures of my journey and will upload more later xx (1st pic- most recent, 2nd pic- 2 weeks post op, 3rd pic- 2 weeks post op) x

I would highly recommend stopping the coedine and just taking paracetamol really regularly. I found cold flannels on the top of my boobs really soothing and great for swelling. Try and eat little and often. I stopped taking coedine on day 3 when I woke up feeling vile and wafted I did I felt soooo much better. Happy heeling x

@Canddice thank you in this particular picture you can’t but in others it’s really noticeable. I do think I should of had 400cc in my left and 450cc in my right but never mind. I can make them look even and they definitely do in bras/tops. I think it is more natural to have slight differences anyway πŸ™‚ x

@Lauren thank you! I was borderline uplift due to breastfeeding but I just went with the BA and so far in pleased I did. I was an empty D before (Dr.Marcellino’s judgement). I was measured a couple of weeks ago at a 32/34G. I did however fit into F’s in different brand bras. I didn’t buy anything I just couldn’t help myself. There’s absolutely no way I can fit into my pre op 34/D bras. I should think I’ll end up a 34F xx

@chloesparkes I definitely did swell but the Macom is so versatile I didn’t need any other bras. I hated m&s ones and took them back and ordered another Macom. My nurse said they fit me perfectly and I went with my normal back size. I recommend getting your usual size xx

I’m a single parent of a 21 month old and I’m 4 weeks post op. I actually cannot believe how plain sailing this has all been. I thought I was going to struggle for weeks but there was no way I was laying around feeling sorry for myself or able too and I’ve been perfectly able to do anything. My mum had to lift my little boy into his cot for me as I knew I shouldn’t lift but otherwise I could manage perfectly well. I did have a friend wash my hair for me though as I tried to not lift my arms up/reach too much to aid my recovery. Don’t be scared about the post op it’s absolutely nothing compared to labour! Good luck xx

Hi girls I had my op 4 weeks ago. I have Tragus took belly and another in my ear. I had to take them all out and I had plastic bars in them for my op. It was no fun removing them my mum was sitting there with pliars trying to remove them it was such a pain as I’ve never removed them and had them in for years. but I’m pleased I did change them for plastic as I didn’t want to risk any metal burns and my surgeon refused to operate with them in xx

I’ve been hand washing mine daily and rotating one for day and one for night. I’ve been hand washing them in a Tesco product called ‘silk & delicates’ it’s a clear bottle with a baby pink lid. It’s made for hand washing and smells great. I’m definitely going to give them a machine wash though as I thought they where hand wash only. They dry really quickly btw!

I think they look great. I was really surprised to see such a noticeable different at 1 week. They are so much fuller and bigger!! I feel like mine are small and they aren’t.
