21, got pregnant at 17 was a 34b before, went all the way up to a 36E/F now left with empty low 34bs

ive had a consultation with a surgeon about a year ago and he said I need a full anchor uplift with an implant under the muscle, but after I said I wasn’t sure about getting implants he literally refused to do the surgery. Then went on to say I’m too young and they aren’t even that bad. I should just get a push up bra and get on with it because a man will find me a lot uglier with those scars than how I look now?! Currently looking into booking other consultations
