Hi has anyone had 650cc overs? I’m unsure whether or not to go under again or over. I’m worried about the weight of the implant and sagging if I go on top? X View

Currently have 485cc under muscle, due to go 650cc to fill excess skin after having two children. As don’t want to go through uplift with all the scarring. Still to decide if I go above muscle or below again.
I have two surgeons telling me two different things.
One wants to go above and one wants to go below but I’m worried if I go above I my thin skin won’t take the weight of the 650cc implants, help!!!!…
