Hi I had 400 unders I was 34a now 34DD/E and I was the same as u Hun very nervous invade they looked far too big for my body but I’m so glad I did as I would have regretted anything smaller. Try not to worry it’s worth it. I have a few before and pic if u add me to view x

Hi girls I’m currently 12 weeks I think I maybe have capsular contracture. Just wanted to know how you guys knew you had it. My boobs have been identical through recovery up until now I’ve been getting pains around the sides of them then today one boob is a lot lower, I don’t think it’ has just dropped as it looks to low to me. Any help would be great thank you xx

@mush78 how did you know you had capsular contracture? If you don’t mind me asking. Just I think I may have it. One boob has recently became much lower than the other looking very mis shaped xx

@msxxx thanks for replying I’m hoping this is all it is I just got a shock as they have been identical right the way through it was quite upsetting. I just hope it’s nothing else I’m doing x

Mine are very sensitive too if I catch them on a towel when drying they kill I’m day 26 I’m praying they will clam down x

@dan99 I felt fine afterwards just very tense and stiff. The next day I could feel it more just very uncomfortable and a lot of pressure and tightness on your chest. I think the thing that got to me more was not been able to do much for yourself your arms are very restricted and my bf had to help me do a lot of very easy day to day tasks but it got easier as time went on and I just kept topping up the painkillers I was off them around day 4. Don’t worry it’s not as bad as you think I was shopping around morrisons the day after op for about hour and day after that I went to cinema although I should of been resting but I get bored too easily. I hope your goes well and honest relax nothing too worry about at all x

@juliem Hi Hun I went with Dr Traynor and I am truly happy with my results so far. Think recovery time delends on you really I have unders which Iv heard takes alonger recovery time the first three to four days are the worst but I was still going out and about shopping and stuff which maybe I shouldn’t of been doing. I went back to work 10days after too. I am three weeks post now and starting to feel like me again

I ran today to avoid getting ran over by an arrogant bus driver I didn’t even think but bloody hell it didn’t feel good at all. Iv started going on long walks see if it helps

Hey I had unders too and my job is very on the go, lifting and carrying which Iv not been doing well the heavy lifting but two weeks you should be fine. I went back 10 days after mine the first two days were a killer I was just very tried and feeling sore by the end of the day but didn’t take long getting back into it x

@danielle30 hey I was wondering how you are getting on? Are yours going softer yet? I have just been able to shower today and it feels good lol. Mine are alittle softer but still very hard and don’t move at all x

@erbing hey Hun I had 400cc unders high profiles and I was the same size as you. Everyone comments on how good they suit my frame I’m 5ft 6 8st 4 if that’s helps. I also had Dr Traynor he brill and obv knows what will be best for you. I’m only 2 weeks post op and haven’t been measured I bought a d sports bra but all of sudden they seem as though there getting too small x

They look great very natural looking. Can’t wait for my bikini shopping x

@emmadd hey I have heard the same that they do get bigger over time. I’m like you i got a fright when my swelling when down I was where they going lol but someways they look bigger and others they look smaller. Can I ask thou I had mine done 2weeks today and Imfeeling very bruised right under my boobs and towards the my armpits and down the side of them. Are you getting any of the same x

@ftaitt2 glad your healing nicely. I’m unsure about sleeping as my first appointment with the nurse I forgot to ask too. I am two weeks today but my next appointments tomorrow I’ll ask then and let you know Hun x

@jennifer1990 Iv still got mine on atm said they are healing nice but slow and I must rest but back at work now so chance is a fine thing. Feeling much better just by the end of the day though my muscles and back are aches and pains and still can’t lift my arms up fully either yet just hope it’s all normal but other than that still in love and can’t wait to go bra and bikini shopping 🙂 how you getitng on with your recovery? U able to sleep flat yet? X

@lisajay24 hey Hun I was same when I was deciding it’s really hard but you just have to think all the sizes the surgeon has suggested will look good. I’m 5ft 6 and 8st 4 and I went for the biggest they would offer me which was 400cc HP unders and I’m In a D sports bra from Acup and everyone comments on how much the size is just right for my frame x

@traceyface hi hun mines the same today when I woke up it looked a little flatter but stiol don’t feel or look like my stomach. These Easter eggs arnt helping much thou ;). Your right in what you say though we have had a big deal happen to our bodies and can honestly say I wasn’t expecting the recovery to be and lengthily or a big deal as it has been x

@jlmxo Im 9days post op and had unders too. I still have a lot of bruising swelling is going down but my stomach isn’t don’t know if it’s because I’m not being active as I usually am but time will tell if I’m just getting plain fat lol . Mine are quite still firm too but deffo not as hard as they were. I still can’t lift my arms fully up snf get the odd twitchy pains in them. I’m due back at work Monday and my job is hands on which I’m abit worried about x

Hi Iv had 400cc HP unders I’m the same hight as you and I’m 8st 4 at the time and mine don’t look to big for me body at all I’m glad I didn’t go any smaller. Unfortunately I can’t help with the uplift hun x

I travelled back home the next day which was a 3hours drive and the seatbelt didn’t bother me it was going over the bumps in the road lol x

@ftaitt2 I seen the nurse yesterday for my first follow up appointment and totally forgot to ask her about sleeping upright my main question was when can I have a proper shower haha but yeah it’s so uncomftable sleeping upright it’s killing my neck.
I got a bit of a fright I thought they were shrinking lol until I took of my sport bra to find they had dropped. I’m glad the tightness has gone and love that there softing now. Just hope they don’t get any smaller x

@jennifer1990 Yours are fab really don’t a spot in job. How are you feeling now? I’m 9 days no pain in boobs apart from when I get out of bed in morning but then goes. still can only lift my arms to a certain point and also have a lot of back ache but think this is more to do with sleeping upright. Just wondered if other girls feel the same I had unders x

Hey I got mine done a week today and it’s the best thing iv ever done. I think everyone is about to have a little dowt as I was thinking myslelf before op what if I don’t like etc…l but I love them and couldn’t go back to an A cup. Hope this helps x

@imogencooper i asked about teardrop implants and they said to me that they so used that kind anymore! Wonder if it different clinics/surgons that use certain ones. One week today I got mine done and they didn’t use any strapping or bands just had to put my sports bra one. I’m glad as by the sounds of things it’s not very nice x

Aw feels good to know it’s not just me and that I havnt piled the weight on I havnt been eating loads to be honest but what I have eaten is what I wouldn’t normally eat so didn’t know if it was down to that.

Me too Iv lost all my hard work over the last few months muscle tone from every where has gone and now I have a flat bum lol. But suppose it’s nots forever and once fully recovered can go back to it. But it’s killing me not being able to go and burn everything off..

The receptionist from the clinic rang me hun two days before with my date.

All I took with me was a dressing gown, slippers, bra and a book which I didn’t get to read as I was pretty much seen to straight away. I do however recommend buying a v pillow for sleeping upright as its not the best position to sleep. Good luck x

Once they settle and fully healed they will be totally different shape to what they are now hun. Like you im only early recovery stage too and Mine look like there getting smaller which I’m not happy about but hoping once there fully settled they will fluff bigger. Hope u feel better soon and go the shape you wanted x

I’m day 5 and I’m starting to able to lift them up Bit more now without the pain under my armpit but as the day goes on they do aches. I still can’t do my own hair and haven’t even attempted to wash it yet disgusting I know lol. Everything is a chore x

I’m back in two days time myself dreading it. Hope I can manage but like u say when you have to you to have to u x
