I bought a box of the ones you shake and crack and they turn cold, but I found the ice packs from my hello fresh cooking boxes worked so much better so ended up using these the whole time!! They are basically the same as what you’d get for picnic cool boxes but not the hard ones. X

I was at London Fitzroy for my surgery, but Birmingham for my consultations. Healing has been fine! I’ve had no pain, just uncomfortable and have had my mum and boyfriend looking after me for the week! I just got muscle ache and for the first few days I was restricted in doing simple things but loads better now!! X

I had my op done on Tuesday this week in London but had all my consultations at the Birmingham clinic ????

My PC at my first consultation told me he was quite short so I expected it. I had my heart set on having my BA with him before I even went to my first consultation because of research I had done.
At consultation he was very rushed and seemed very disinterested, but on the day he was slightly better-I only saw him to draw on me and that’s it…but I have had minimal pain and I can’t wait to see the results on Wed when I get the strapping off!!
