    I lift weights so have quite a lot of muscle in my chest so had to go over the muscle

    Mr Mounir recommended teardrop for the best result

    Was offered 290, 330, 380 uhp anatomical

    or 320, 350, 375 round uhp

    19/12/16 had 330 teardrop implants over the muscle
