I had breast implants over the muscle first time around  27 years ago, suffered with capsular contracture on my right side at around the 9 year mark (ish) hard to recall. But I had removal & replacement with MYA almost 14 years ago. Second time around I opted for under the muscle & they’ve been amazing! My right side is now a little droopy that my left (aging doesn’t help) I want removal & replacement again & possible go up a size!? I’m currently 440cc HP (I’ll have to double check that) but thinking 510cc
