| Why did you want the procedure? |
After three beautiful daughters I had gained lots of weight during my pregnancies
after my third daughter was born I lost a lot of weight but no matter how much my stomach was just horrible
i was so unhappy I felt sad all the time I’d lost a lot of myself and no amount of diet or exercise could fix it

I went to three different consultants for a consultation and mya was my 4th
the second I met Keane at mya Nottingham I knew I was finally in the right place
too many companies are interested in how much they can squeeze out of your bank balance
I never felt like just another number with mya, from start to now two weeks post op I know I can pick up the phone and get advise or help I’m not a walking price tag
the help and direct no nonsense approach of my surgeon was amazing but the relaxed family feel you get from mya from the girls that greet you to the pc to the nurses is just what you need to relax and feel comfortable

Dr Tsekouras Is just … wow!
His whole approach directly aimed first of all at what could go wrong no matter how rare, the pain and discomfort, the aftercare
he made sure I knew 100% the bad side before he even considered telling me he could Fix me

| How was the day of your procedure? |
perfect I wasn’t that nervous I’d researched well, I had every confidence in mya and Dr Tsekouras
i even walked down to surgery chatting with the dr escorting me
i couldn’t believe it when I woke up and it was all over with
the nurses at MYA Fitzroy are amazing too

| How was your recovery? |
great… since maybe day 4-5 I’ve been slowly getting back to normal life
I’m not overdoing things but I’ve needed no pain relief, I’m back doing as much as before the surgery minus lifting
in only 2.5 weeks post op and still get tired fast but I feel good
|
| Are you happy with your results? |
I am delighted
i used to want to cry when I looked in the mirror
I’m still swollen right now but I want to cry because I’m so happy already with the results
