    I would do my leg extensions before I do my squats or leg press. Now I know that you think, “Yes, but by the time you do your squats, you will not be able to lift as much as your legs are tired.” Yep, that’s exactly the point. I am convinced that this is a great way to increase your size and strength over time. I have personally seen the benefits of this method. Although I’ve played around with this type of training was the most effective way I have found to train in 8-10 week cycles of pre-exhaust sets.
