But I am also still so bloated from all the medication and no gym so I feel once I get back into the gym and can work the Christmas weight off and the bloating they should be more in proportion hopefully.

I’m looking for advice on the best bras to buy for after 6 weeks when you can stop wearing the compression bra.

What bras are best to wear wired or underwired ?
Are there any brands which are good for maximising support and the results of the BA for longer , I obviously want to look after them and prevent sagging/ bad shape.

I am 4 days post op and had been considering getting it done for around 5 years now , I wish I had just got it done sooner.

I wanted a natural look and when I spoke to my surgeon he recommended 300-350 cc MP.
In the end I chose 325CC MP under the Muscle.
