I had my first augmentation  age 20, then found out after having my son that they were pip and had ruptured causing very bad capsular contracture,  had surgery to correct it and my left side was malpositioned, the company went insolvent and changed it’s name and refused to rectify the problem so I have been waiting 8 years to be able to fully fund a removal and augmentation
