I have been thinking of having breast enlargement for years, since i was a young teanager. Over the years my weight has fluctuated and my breast have been a 32c to present 38e. 38e sounds huge but the way i see my breast is that they sit under my armpits, i have no cleavage the only way i have this is if i wear an old small bra which is push up.

I am now getting to the point in myself that i’m not happy with the way i look and this is the only thing that will make me look more feminie.
