I’ve been to the Birmingham clinics for medicals and to meet my surgeon, Dr Giannas (who is just amazing)  I originally had been assigned to dr Petros yianalloulou however he was only willing to give me 300cc which didn’t give me what I wanted which was projection, so I chose to get a second opinion and automatically felt so at ease with dr Giannas who understood my desires and said it was more than achievable to have bigger implants. He did say he was going to try 2 different implants on the day.  a 350cc in left and 325cc in right was our backup if a 375cc didn’t sit right in my smallest breast. But we managed to get the 375cc.
I went to the welbeck hospital in London for my breast augmentation and instrinsic release on 28th jan 2024 and stayed overnight as I live 3 hours away.

i was a 34 A, after 2 kids my left was noticeably smaller than my right and was classed as a tubular breast.I opted for 375cc in my left & 350cc in my right to try achieve a D/DD ( but basically anything bigger than what I had was a bonus as they cannot guarentee an exact cup size)
