I am 31 and mum of 3 ages 12 7 and 5.

I have just booked my procedure for 13th August my consultant has recommend overs as i have enough breast tissue.

I have said I want to be at least a D I am currently a 36b (I only wear double padded bra so could be wrong).

My surgeon has said he will sit me up in theatre with couplemof different implants to see what looks best
