Im 5ft 4 around 13st although i am on a diet to get down to a healthier weight. I have 4 children and 4 atep children so lifes chaotic but we all love it!! Im looking for breast enkargement im around a 38 b looking to go as big as possible with a natral look. Id appreciate any help.ie surgeons reccommended size of inplant etc!!.
