I am looking into a breast lift and tummy tuck after years of struggling with weight I’ve managed to reach a healthy weight and I’m the smallest I’ve ever been but I’m left with the body of a old lady and I’m not confident in my body and I’m  desperate to have the body of my dreams and can’t do anything more physically to achieve that .
