Since I was about 13 – 14 I noticed my boobs were different to other girls my age, I was unhappy with them throughout my teens, but didnt worry too much as I was sure they would ‘grow one day’ as all the women in my family have DD’s at the least !

At 21 I was pregnant with my daughter which was when I noticed it was odd that they didn’t increase in size even with all the ‘pregnancy hormones’ taking place.

I tried to breast feed my daughter, who would latch on to me perfectly, but this failed miserably due to producing no milk. This was a difficult time as I really waned to breast feed. Once again, I realised that they weren’t just ‘normal’ small boobs.

Having a new born and concentrating more on loosing the 3.5 stone of baby weight helped me to take my mind off them for a year or so, although still always wanting a breast augmentation ‘one day’.

Anyway, it was in 2013 that I was researching / came across the congenital abnormality ‘Tubular breasts’ . Once I found out this was ‘such a thing’ it was almost quite refreshing! Everything made sense ! Even the ability to breast feed as milk glands don’t develop properly in some women!

Since then I have been waiting for the best time to do this…. which is now !
So here I am my surgery booked and cant wait to be ‘normal’ ! So happy even just thinking about it !
