Hi, I’m just curious about changing implants and what the recovery is like? Given you’ve already had implants before, does your body accept the new larger ones easily and do you still get the swelling etc and have to wait for them to drop and fluff etc ? Thanks x

Hi Nic, I’m 3+ months post op. My left nipple feels fine but right nipple still not back to normal sensitivity so I’m very curious to know if this is common or not. Surgeon said it’s only been 3 months sometimes takes a year to fully recover. Boobs look and feel great.

If it were me I’d go 275 if unders as you don’t get that fake stuck on look and it’s only 25cc and you can’t change it later unless you go for another op xxx. My 300s aren’t big . Mind you it depends on your body frame and what surgeon recommends xxx

I now can wear clothes without having to wear padded bras – and not feel self conscious – as all my friends are naturally very big boobed ladies. Overall from outside perspective I look pretty much the same. No one bat an eye lid. Feel really good in swimwear now as used to avoid! Partner loves them.

They look the same just fuller. My natural boobs are round but wide apart so I don’t suddenly have a great cleavage braless but now they are fuller above where before they weren’t . They look and feel very normal. No one knows apart from my partner. And no more push up padded bras 😃😃

Hi, I’m 7 weeks post op. Left boob has dropped and fluffed and nipple feels normal. Right boob still feels sore and weird and not dropped and fluffed as much as the left one … hoping it will sort itself out asap . Mine have a wide gap. Would have liked more natural cleavage.

Andrea, hope you’re recovery is going well. After day 5 it definitely gets easier. I’m just over 3 weeks post op and feeling ok, but right boob is numbish and I have a sharp pain but I am sure it’s going to disappear soon. Mine are natural C cup and they still are quite firm so can’t wait for them to soften up.

Thank you. I’m on start of day 6, I must say the recovery has not been as bad as I imagined it would be. Boobs are quite sore, swollen and high. And I felt the pressure / weight on chest a lot yesterday. But I’m off the pain relief and with plenty of rest / lying down with pillows propped behind head I’ve been ok.

It’s now approaching day4 post my BA op. I’ve not removed the bra at all. I’ve washed around the boob area with a soapy flannel. And I’m still wearing a strap across the top of my chest. I can’t find any written instructions from MYA on post surgery after care.

Well I am glad I’m not the only one in her late 40s going for a BA! You only see young girls advertised. That was my main concern leaving it this late (49) but it really was never the right time before now

At your consultation the surgeon will examine you and let you know what type of procedure is right for you. I also felt wary as I’m 49 and so my skin is provably thinner and less elastic but seems all ok for me to go ahead – I am not going big anyway. I just want to plump up what I lost after breast feeding my 2 kids

I am a 34B. After having my 2 kids I lost volume and they were never the same. I wear padded push up bras which gives me a C cup which I like. I want natural C cup so I don’t need to wear padded bras. Dr Mileto has recommended getting 300cc under muscle. It’s all happening now and I’m so ready to do this 🙂

Hi, I’m 49 and have decided to go for breast enlargement and I’m booked in for surgery on 3rd feb. I’m a mixture of excited and nervous and just wish I could get it done asap.
