I took arnica for the first few days after my surgery and i felt like it really helped with the swelling and bruising 🙂 ! Altho im not sure if it would be worth taking it a week after. Maybe speak to ur doctor xxx

i went with Gary traynor for my op. Hes an absolute god ! Hes very straight to the point and will tell u what he thinks is best for you and wouldnt let u go too big for ur frame. I had my done 6 days ago and im so happy , hardly had any pain after it and the size is just perfect ! He also doesnt use drains or strapping which ive heard are uncomfortable..every surgeon works differently but i would recommend mr traynor from my experience 100%

I was expecting it for a couple of days anyway but thought it wouldve went down a bit by now ! I actually do look pregnant haha . Just hope it starts to go down soon ! Ive heard peppermint tea is good for bloating so been drinking that! Theyre looking good tho , still hard to tell in my macom bra but from what i can see im in love and cant wait til i can wear normal bras ? so happy i got them done! @rhian how are yours looking 7 days PO? 5 lbs. Currently a 34 b. Because ur just an A cup he probably wouldnt offer anymore than 400 cc but u should still achieve atleast a D ! Thankyou im so nervous now but excited ? when is ur op date ?.xxx
