275cc rounds first done back in 2008 with capsular contracture

440cc teardrop back in 2020 pretty perfect but want bigger

aiming for 575cc to 600cc

slim frame, wide set boobs, little breast tissue and worried the surgeon will tell me I can’t go much bigger.
if so I will wait it out and not bother as nothing wrong with current boobs but feel they’re still too small as last surg on preferred the smaller implants not the ones I wanted which were 495cc.
waking up I actually cried because I had been gaslit again!
fed up of paying and not actually getting what I paid for now.
nervous and anxious.

not sure who surgeon will be yet as I’m waiting on call about getting surgery permission due to my condition (never had to do that before!)

a little annoyed as I’ve had it done twice before with no issue but moving to mya I have to have permission like it isn’t my body and money?
