Demi I’ve accepted. Take a look at my before and after pics. I had 650 hp profiles currently measure 34g but they don’t look it! Was afraid they’d be too big at first but now I have boob greed! I have the same stats as you, size 12 10.5-11 St, broad shoulders 5’5, pre op 34b/36b depending where I shopped!! I asked for big and natural and that’s what I have! Xx

Not too big at all! I hag 650 HP partials. I’m 5’5 size 12 broad shoulders. Went from an empty 34b to 34g, but they don’t look that big! Feel free to add me for before and afters xx

I was told not to sleep on my side until 6 weeks. In fact, I was only told at my 7 day post op appointment I could lie flatter, but still elevated as the implants are settling into their pockets.

I think it’s way too early to sleep on your side! xx

All can be replaced with plastic ones – except on your tongue!!

I had to take my tongue one out in case for whatever reason they need to get a tube down your throat, it could rip your tongue, they wouldn’t even let me have a plastic one in.

I was lucky to be able to get it back in – it’s the first thing I did when I came round, it wasn’t easy but it just ‘popped’ with a bit of force!!

I had 650 partials and was fine – off paracetamol at day 3. I don’t think it matters on the implant size 🙂
But everyones experience is different, it depends on your pain threshold, some people really had a bad time of it! xx

Oh I think you’ll be much bigger than that at 6 weeks if you’re only 1 week post op as they’re compressed by your skin!!

If you are, Ann Summers is out of the window for you as they only go up to a G cup!

Yeah they are heavy, I remember every time I took my bra off I thought they were going to hit the floor!! 🙂

You get used to them tho – I forget I had mine done now xx

I had a stitch hanging out but the nurse pulled it at my 6 week check xx

No way Hun, they never moved for a couple of weeks, even at 6 weeks when I was trying on bread I couldn’t get a cleavage!

I’m 9 weeks now Anna can manage a cleavage from about week 7.

What size did you go for and when was your op? Xx

I’d say defo no way, at just 14 days post op your wounds are still open, that kind of pressure on them is not good! Xx

6 weeks for underwired, but seriously I wasn’t really comfortable with wires on my incisions until about 7 weeks as they were irritating! Still love my sports bra most, so comfy!!

Absolutely normal hun, your skin is so stretched at the moment and there’s quite a bit of pressure on your incisions, it takes a couple of weeks for you to feel normal again lol! xx

Yeah I have the same thing, I am assuming it’s just the nerves reconnecting, I’ve read previously it’s happened to a lot of girls xx

Mine started to be squishier at 6 ish weeks, now at almost 9 weeks I can do pretty much anything with them, but they are still firm ish and need to soften more! xx

Micha, don’t worry hun, I measure a G but they definitely don’t look it, fake boobs always measure bigger than they look – I think you’re already a friend 🙂 xx

You see your surgeon at 12 weeks hun – keep us posted but I’m sure it’s nothing! xx

I’m 8 weeks as well and still quite dark.

I remember my c section scar being purple for some time but that’s disappeared now. Just takes time hun xx

Yeah I had 650cc and wore my sports bra 24/7 – at 5.5 weeks I went braless for an evening which seemed fine!

You definitely need to keep those bad boys propped up, they’re heavy and the strain will hurt your incisions xx

I think it looks ok, lateral displacement is mainly noticed when you’re standing up, if then one goes towards your armpits then there’s a problem as they should be on the front of your chest wall.

Lying down mine look like yours, one is much more proud than the other as I think the muscle is grabbing onto it still for dear life!

Still, to put your mind at rest I would call the nurse xx

Mine feel weird too hun but I dont think it’s double bubble, the tissue and all around the incision is dead bump on mine, probs to halway up to my nipple. I mentioned it to the nurse but she said it’s just scar tissue healing x

They look excellent, but you need to be careful with the wires as they can rub on your incisions. I actually never felt comfortable in them till 6 weeks and found it painfull. Also the wire is so stiff may push your implants up which you don’t want xx

I can tell you the best fitted bras I found are in Primark, which shocked the hell out of me. Boux were awful and they’re supposed to be for bigger busted girls! xx

I can’t see much in it to be honest, the difference between 650 and 700 is quite small as you would have seen with the implants.

I would say defo go for the bigger option given – if you go under or partially under the muscle you lose around 25ccs (apparently?) xx

They felt heavy for some time, like I had to keep holding them up! But after about 4-5 weeks you get used to it and by week 6/7 I totally forget I had them done!

I’ve been braless a couple of evenings with no problem, but it’s not something I want to do a lot as like you say the toll of gravity may take it’s toll! I think they’re like about 1.5lbs ish each implant.

I was an empty 34b and had 650 ho partials, measuring a 34F in Primani and 34G in Ann Summers, though probably only look a DD/E!

It really does depend on your frame though, I am 5’5, 10 stone with broad shoulders, so not a skinny minnie!

I never had any!! In surgery they wrapped my legs in some sort of blanket lol x

Sounds like air bubbles, I could pop them like that plastic bubblewrap – it does go away and is really weird at first lol x

Wow Tracy, you’ve got such a long way to go! At 7 days I was gutted with mine, they were flat and right up my chin, but now they’re mahoosive and seem to be getting bigger !

I wasn’t impressed with Boux. They did it by eye and fitted me in a 34E but I was getting double boob and the wire hurt my incisions, but according to her it was a perfect fit!

Then went to Ann Summers who also fit by eye and like Bex said they were amazing. Fitted me in a 34G and it was soooo comfy!

I agree with mush, I don’t find the macom supportive at all, but I have 650 implants which are quite heavy.

It was great for the first 7 days post op as I didn’t have to mess around guessing sizes and just got my back size, also you’ll find your boobs are solid and don’t move much in the first week.

But when my strapping came off I needed more support so got fitted for the shock at Debenhams xx

Bargain!! Looks amazing from the front!! How is it side on, have you got any double boobage? And do the wires follow the line of your boobs at the side? Xx

Yeah don’t worry – totally normal! Mine is ever so slightly there still 6 weeks post op but has gone down loads! xx

I started at 5 weeks post op – now can do it comfortably at 6 weeks post op – such an amazing feeling xx

I was told I could like flatter but slightly raised at my 7 day Post Op. So I had my 1 normal pillows (which I had pre op) and my v pillow to prop me up – you just can’t lie flat on your back! xx

I went to Debenhams and got fitted for a Shock Absorber Ultimate Run bra, I practically live in it since a week post op lol! Whatever you chose, you defo need to be fitted for it xx

Mine changed between 4-6 weeks for the bigger cos they dropped more!!

I had partials. I’d say wait until your 6 week check up as you may find they no longer fit! And I wouldn’t spend a fortune then either as partials keep changing until about 3-6 months PO! Xx

I’m still numb at 6 weeks post op in places, in fact one of my nipples is totally numb, but it will come back, I’m already starting to feel parts lol xx

How did they know about the smoking? Did they do some kind of test? Gutted for you Hun, terrible 🙁 x

Mine kind of stung, cos some of my skin came off with it, but nothing to worry about!! It’s over in a few seconds 🙂

They do look bigger, they king of flop out to the sides haha xx
