£4161 later and I'm still wonky!!

Sooooo upset! Just had my 6 week check (at 7 weeks) and even the nurse thinks I needed a bigger size in my smaller one. There was a big difference to start with and I know it’s a guessing game to some extent but i just wanted to love my boobs and I only love one of them My nurse was lovely and said if its still the same at my 3 month check and it’s not just that it needs to drop more which she doesn’t think it does then hopefully they will put in a bigger implant. I really really hope so!! They look ok in bras but without you can still definitely see the difference xx

What size cc did you have? I had a size difference of 30cc in each breast and mine are still different sizes. It only seems to be who can tell tho!! x

I had 415 and 485 high profile soft touch overs, reckon I probably needed 515. The nurse noticed as soon as I took my bra off. I had a bloomin big difference before, even the nurse was like ooh there is a big difference when I showed her some pre op pics xx

What a shame Im sorry to hear this. Im really surprised, did you have Mr T? Tbh I think I should’ve had a bigger difference in mine as it’s not totally obvious I doubt they’ll do anything about this. My main concern is that 1 is a different shape but I think it was pre-op too!

At least they’re going to do something about it if it doesn’t alter but what a pain for you! x

Do you have any pictures up hun? If so, would you mind adding me? Just Id love to see what the nurse classes as ‘big difference’? I have photos up too. I had 335 and 365 from a 34b x

My left boob is bigger than my right and a slightly different shape, you can tell but it’s not majorly obvious however my implants are going to be the same size and I worry that perhaps my right one should be a slightly bigger implant. Do you mind if I also add you hun as would love to see if we are similiar pre-op xx

At least the nurse has agreed and there is a plan in place, although not ideal!! xx

Sorry ladies but I don’t have any pics up. All the stuff that happened on here with different people put me off which is a shame cos it affects the pre oppers more than me as I loved lookin at pics before I had my BA and it was a real help. I did have Mr T but I don’t want that to put anyone off him, he is lovely and to be honest I had such a big size difference before it would have been a miracle if he’d got it right. My right one has a bigger nipple which it did before do not bothered about that but it is sitting about half an inch to an inch lower than my left and it’s just not as full. Serves me bloomin well right for saying I’d do the day all over again cos I loved it so much, I might get the chance now! Or at least I hope so strangely enough! Lol xx

Just wondering if anyone else has had at his problem and was offered a re-op? Xx

Check it out. Push them for a re op, unfortunately I never got one and won’t go to MYA for my re op when I have the cash and the chance to have one!

Yeah I saw that, it’s really bad that you’ve been treated that way hun. We put a lot of trust in MYA and our surgeons and pay a lot of money to get a good result, at the very least they should look pretty much the same (I know no ones are exactly equal!) I hope you get sorted and that MYA gives me a free re-op if it’s what I need xx

Hi Amyk84. I’m kinda in the same boat. My boobs arent even. Ones higher, smaller and firmer than the other. Not only that, my nipple pointing in some crazy direction on my botched boob. Lol. The only difference is I never had any Asymmatry before the op. Both boobs were measured as being exactly the same by two surgeons.

I’ve spoken to the surgeon who did the op and she’s in principle agreed to a re op. I’ll find out if she’ll stick to that at my 6month check in Jan. Hopefully if there’s no improvement you should be able to get it sorted. You paid alot of money to improve and love your new boobs. It’s horrible when you don’t get what u was expecting. X

Have you got your 12 week app with the surgeon? It’s good that you’ve mentioned it to the nurse. You need to make sure you mention it at every app and don’t hold back. My surgeon said she could see a slight difference, it’s not slight, to me it’s a massive difference. I told her I hated the right one n that it looked deformed. Lol. It was then she said we can fix it but it’ll mean another op.

I think I’m about 19/20 weeks… I had the op on 18th July.

I completely understand about the mirror thing. I only ever look when I’m in the shower, the mirror is right across from it. I like the left one but all I see when I look in the mirror is the misshapen ugly one. It P’s me off but if she fixes it I’ll b happy. X

Yeah it’s booked in for 13th jan. The nurse said to mention it then and see what my surgeon says. I’ve just showed my mate who has her BA last week with Mr Russo and she says she can’t see that much difference but to me it’s loads! Really hope a re-op is agreed but even then what if I go ahead and it turns out even worse?! It’s alot to put my body through again and I can’t face putting on another half a stone lol xx

My leftie has finally dropped woohoo! It’s still smaller though boohoo x
