Hi girls I really could do with the advice I’m for ever starting topics in here but hardly ever get a reply . I’m having my op in 2 weeks I’m seeing my surgeon again this wed so I basically have 2 days to decide on the size as originally it was 350cc unders uhp but I want bigger has any girls had 450 or 500cc over uhp just so I can see size wise I’m a 32 b now size 10 any similar stats . Any photos or advice would help I just can’t decide arghhhh driving me insane

I have 375cc overs and 2weeks post and love them hoping to achieve DD it all depends on you though I was a 23AA as your naturally bigger any of the CCs you choose will 100% fill you out either way hope this helps 🙂 xx

What choice did he give you for sizes at your consultation? I have 350cc I couldn’t go any bigger x

Shantelle yours look great and big as well. Do you expect them to get smaller though ? As I’m guessing there quite swollen still. By looking at these forums I was under the impression 400 onwards would get you to a DD. Gemma I’m in a similar boat to you so interested to see what size you decide on.

I had 400cc unders and had to change to 500cc overs. I was measuring 30e to 32DD and now they’ve gone up around a size and a half with 500. But they feel so much better over in my option of having both they’re really soft and got a cleavage before. They didn’t move very much under and struggled to get s cleavage even with a push up bra on but everyone is doffwrent! Il attach a pic now 500cc overs and I was 32a pre op 🙂 (I’ve got bio oil for stretch marks on which is why I’m oily haven’t put it near my incisions though!) xx

I meant different ? This pic was at 3 days post op so got lots of changing to do ☺️

I saw Dr Andrea a few weeks ago he said I could go as big as I wanted due to have kids by boobs have stretched we agreed on 350cc as he said the bigger you go they more they drop in the future but I want bigger I’m now. 32b xx

Best advice I can offer to you is go with what your surgeon advises what is best for YOUR body. If he advises a certain cc and not any bigger then it’s for a reason. It’s better than having complications down the line like rippling etc. Trust your surgeon xx

Trust dr Andrea!!! I asked him to get me to a D-DD so cos of my frame (tiny) also had kids he suggested 300/325cc cos that would suit my frame any bigger he told me straight I’d look fat? Don’t know how tho cos I’ve got no meat on me I’m skinny but they know better! I was told not to compare with others cos everyone turns out different, say like someone else was having same implants as myself it doesn’t always mean we’re be the same cup size, plus I’ve saw girls with lesser like a 275cc turning out to be a E!! and girls with 400cc that get a D-DD
You can never tell it’s so confusing!! Just see what dr Andrea suggests when you see him he will know best!! X

I lost a lot of weight After I had my daughter which is why I’ve had big implants I needed them to fill out my skin 🙂 there is a higher risk of sagging but with 400cc unders they looked awful on me because my skin wasn’t filled out! Listen to your surgeon and do what you think is right xx

Hey Gemma, I had 350cc unders last Monday. Currently on my way for my 1week post op check up. I had the choice to go for 375cc and didn’t as was worried they would be to big for me, I was a 34AA/B before hand. I’m really happy with them, however I do have a little regret that I didn’t go for the biggest I could like everyone told me too. I would deffo advise to go for the biggest you can to stop any boob greed ☺️ Feel free to add me, I will be posting pictures of my journey xxx

gemma what day is your surgery and what hospital? i am 2 weeks today as well! ☺️ just booked my post op check, it’s all so exciting!! i am having 300 unders as i am quite small framed my surgeon didn’t want me to look too top heavy and i have thin skin too so they had to go under the muscle so they couldn’t be seen, go for whatever you think would be best but also listen to your surgeon! they are the experts and know their field well 🙂 good luck! xx

I’m 3 months post op with 275cc & 300cc and I’m a 32DD I think it al depends on the individual x

I had 415 overs HP will attach a photo. I’m 9st size 8/10 5’2 I’m 17days po. I’m still wearing my 36DD sports bra back size is getting a little big now. I was originally a 34b I’m aiming for DD. Think I’ve achieved that ? Possibly a lot bigger but very happy they look well in proportion with my body. And these were what my surgeon recommended

I was pre op 32b just been measured as 30F but look more of a DD, I had 350cc UHP unders x

So confused how you all seems to be DD/E and have had under 400cc and then some people are that size also when having 450 ? I want 450 but don’t want a stuck on look. When looking at 350cc pictures on some people they look small.

I’ve had 390 overs currently in 36DD sports bra but I’ve tried a 34F on in the same bra and that fits just snugger under boob X

Dr Andrea said I could go as big as I wanted but did advice 300 but I asked for 350 3 weeks ago but I do want bigger I’m going to ask for 450 when I see him wed xx I have added a few of you xx

Everyone’s look so different – all depending on your frame. I think it’s impossible to imagine what they’re going to look like on you by looking at other peoples pics. Best way is to do the rice test. That’s what I did and I’m glad I did as I thought the size was perfect and now I have had the op the look exactly as they did as rice in my bra! X

I had similar stats. Not updated my photos in a long time lost a lot of weight and really not happy with my boobs ?

I saw dr Andrea he won’t let me go any bigger than 350 which was a bit upsetting due to him saying I could go as big as I wanted 2 weeks ago but upset I don’t think they will be big enough

I would take Dr Andreas word hun… He is such a lovely and trusting man, he wouldn’t want to give you a size that wouldn’t fit your frame. I really wanted 325cc but he said my skin wasnt stretchy enough and that it would be literally impossible to put 325cc inside.. I was gutted as I didn’t think 300cc would be big enough after seeing basically everyone on the forum having over 375cc but once its done you have a total different mind. I couldn’t be happier with mine and I am so glad to have Dr. Andrea as my surgeon! xxx

Just so worried now having to wait for my pc to ring me and let me know if he still wants to do my surgery due to the appointment yesterday I tried to tell him I’m stopping smoking this week I have 3 weeks to go until op and nurse said I could stop 2 weeks before . Xx

Hi I was 32b/c depending on the time of the month lol
That was my first ba have had overs both times TBH ther isn’t much size difference in 390 and 420
