    feeling very sick and tender, had to remove my sports bra as its way too tight on the swelling and cant get another one until tomorrow, is it okay to have the sports bra off till bed time tonight? I wore it straight after my op till 5:30 tonight x

    Hun what surgeon did you have? What dressings have they used. I had dr singh so I had loads of horrible tape on mine and dr singh told me not to wear a bra for 4 days. Just tape for 4 days then take the tape off and swap to wearin my bra. I think it should be ok aslong as your supported well enough without the bra. Xx

    you should be fine hun, i was in a breast band for a week, so i had nothing supporting the bottom at all, just a horrid band pushing my implants xx

    I wouldn’t go un supported at all in such early stages. My nurse said I couldn’t at all x

    My surgeon mr Adams doesn’t recommend wearing a bra so u should be fine hun xx

    think you maybe over night, I had exactly the same, felt like I was suffocating in it, had to get my mum to rush to asda to buy me a cheepy. My original one was a shockabsorber from Debenhams and cost me £30, Asda, Marks and Spencer are £12 and much more comfortable. After about 4/5 days I was blowing off(excuse me) like a gooden, think it was the pain killers really bunged me up, but after felt sooooooo much better and finally deflated alittle and could get the original back on, so it will settle down hun. happy healing x x x x x

    Mr adamo is also my surgeon and he said no bra let them be…I’m day 3 po swollen heavy and feeling overall like death but once healing is done all worth while.

    I was told to wear my bra, I have a shock absorber from debenhams and it fits a lot better today. Ive been fortunate to not be in loads of pain :) *fingers crossed* just uncomfortable at times but thats it. Thanks for the advice guys, my moms going to get one today which my surgeon recommended

    Quite annoyed really as I wasn’t recommended anything and had to do all the research myself into what I needed however, I didn’t go through MYA I went through my local private hospital as it was more convenient
