Mine felt really uncomfortably tight for the first week as your all swollen & bruised! I just rode it out as I had the macom but I know what you mean it it is painful mine fits snug now & I hate my other ones lol I think you should wear it over night and find a different one tomorrow as my nurse said to me to keep one on 24/7 apart from showering xx

I was like this for about a week, with my macom, which is weird coz I now lovee it n they ache wen I take it off lol its prob best tho coz it comes down lower than the incisions! I Bort bigger bras frm tesco n asda n they cut in so bad, nothing worked! Any bra made it unbearable, I had mr singh so was all taped up are u or jus dressings??

I kept my bra off til I cud cope with it, prob 4days po. Coz I thought if its hurtin it can’t be doin them any good! Each surgeon has different advice tho some say wear 24/7 n others say don’t! I’d call n ask urs!x

Mr adamo said I needen’t wear one unless going walk about – mine dropped really well and look so natural and god it was comfortable even clothing irritated them so half the time walked around the house completely topless!

Hi Hun, as you know I was the same day as you although classing myself as a extra day on , as I had mine at 9.( don’t know if I’m right to do that) I wore my macom and last night was really tight , but I think some swellings gone down today. I also had a asda bra & 2 different tesco bras, but the nurse said the macom is best to wear. My boobs feel really supported & I find u can pull it down a bit more. If you don’t want to buy the macom I would def just get a cheap 1 in a bigger back size. There’s nothing worse than your bra digging. On a happier note , IRS digging in coz you’ve got lovely boobies haha . Hope you heal well chick xx
