hya, i found that the v pillow didn’t help at all because it gave me back and neck ache, so i just propped 3 pillows up in bed i found that much more better x

What I found has helped was putting a little cushion under the small of my back, and then a couple under my knees so it was a bit like the hospital bed.

I had my BA on Tuesday, I brought a v pillow but I also went to argos and brought this thing for 20 pounds called a back rest for in bed. It looks like the top end on a sun bed!! it is adjustable I put it on my bed last night with a normal pillow at the base and my v pillow leaning on it. I had a really good night sleep no pain in my back well worth the 20 pounds. Hope this helps x x
