I seem to have been on the mend. Feeling much better. Stopped my pain relief 2 days ago.. Loving my boobs.. Going back to work 2mo.

But this afternoon. I’m soo tired. My boobs kill. All down side of both my boobs hurt.. My nipples.. Well. Even if my hand brushes slightly past them.. Wow! Its so sore.. xx

Hi Tinkerbell, I was just the same, i had to take an extra 2 days off work due to still being in pain and I’m so glad I did I felt much better for having an extra 2 days off. As for the nipples I know what you mean!! I hated it just the slightest tough and it was OMG the sensation but I can asure you it does wear off eventually, I’m nearly 5 weeks post op and occasionally have sensative nipples but it is nowhere near as bad as it was xx

My nipples have been SO sore since day one and they looked really swollen! I was considering calling the nurse and asking about it but nice to know it’s not just me! Why would out nipples be sore? How strange! I’ve felt absolutely fine the whole time, hardly any pain at all and went back to work yesterday and today I feel really bruised and stiff! Maybe I’ve been doing too much. It tool me ages to stop feeling tired and I was really down for the first week but apparently the anaesthetic is a depressant to some people. Hope you start feeling a bit better though, the nurse said they can sign you off work if you’re not ready xx

I’ve had a week. Of n due to go and see the nurse tmo. Jus feel so poo tday. My sides of boobs. And nipples hurt tday more than they have in the whole 6 days. Very bizzare.

The feelin when my nipples are touched even with my bra is horrid xx

Aw hope u feel better soon tinkerbell,I’m sure it’s all part and parcel of the procedure,just the down side to surgery I guess xx

I heard that when your nipples sensitivity is coming back that its can be very sore and that you should try putting plasters on them or or get some breast pads that you use during breast feeding, its supposed to help xxx

Ahh it gets u down hun doesnt it The tired thing and not sleeping is my main worry and starting to make me feel really really grumpy.

Did u have drains hun? My Sides are sore from this still. When did u have ur op? xx
