I’ve made it officially 1 week post op it feels great I can’t believe how fast it goes for anyone pre op, I would Personally say the first 2/3 days are the worst but just keep on top of pain killers and you’ll be fine I think adjusting to sleeping upright is the worst but I’ve been so tired just lately I’m happy to sleep anywhere anyhow lol morning bob isn’t nice but I woke up this morning and it wasn’t bad at all and it went with in a few minutes I personally think the key is pushing yourself with out pushing your self to much of that make sense im going to see the nurse today and I can’t wait to see the incisions I think once you’ve had your no you should defo have someone with you for the first few days if I didn’t I think of have such a square bum because I would have never moved it’s also nice to have someone there to reassure you and make you food ect I had my partner then was fantastic on day one but was a bit useless on day 2 and then on after sorry for rambling on I had 375 in my right 350 in my left
