    Hey ladies

    Just had my one week check up and the nurse said that my scars are knitting together really well and they are pretty small :) Ive nor had a look, I’ll wait until my steri strips come off before I look I think.

    She did say however that I still have a lot of swelling and bruising so to take it easy and still need to sleep kinda propped up :( xx

    I’m still sleeping almost upright 3 and a half weeks later lol. Doesn’t mean you HAVE too, i just find it more comfortable, otherwise i get really dizzy when i get up. Congrats on your 1 week check :)

    Thanks newboobies she did say I can lower the pillows so long as my chest is still elevated. Someone is guna call me next week to see if they have started to soften any n check to see if the swelling has started to go down x
