Hey girlies… do yu think its ok to take my sports bra off now and then for a 30 min breaks? (doing it now) My nipples are so sore being squashed in my macom bra!

OMG yeah, I felt like nips were on fire, stupid sports bra rubbed them raw. Bra off and a bit of ice worked wonders a few times a day. Some girls are told not to wear any bra at all from day one so don’t think it can cause any damage, just don’t go doing braless starjumps!! xx

A hint for that.. Get some soft cotton pad (make up pads) & wear them inside your sports bra ontop of your nipples x

Hey ladies…. mine is a macom bra!! Bloody annoying. I had cotton wool in last night and kind of worked but I found just having small breaks from the bra helped.

Had my first full shower today (blissful) and rubbed a little oil on the nips before I got dressed haha!

When your stitches are out your nurse will say you can.

It’s crazy you literally can’t see my incisions and only 2 wks post op!

I will be 2 weeks post op on wednesday is it too soon to get measured? Going out of town tomorrow and thought it would be a good opportunity whilst shopping! Also when they measure you at the shops do you keep your sports bra on?xx

I took mine off as they are alot bigger out of the sports bra lol. As long as your swelling has gone you can go as you’ll get s rough idea x
