Hey girlies, its just over a week till my op now and i haven’t purchased post op bra’s yet. Would really appreciate some help? im having 500cc and 450cc overs with Dr Traynor and want to be as comfy as i can be afterwards. So please help with your advice.

Ho, the most comfy one that I had was the M&S blue (zip up) high impact sports bra. I think its £23.00

yes!
do as little as possible when you are recovering. try and get 2 bras so you have 1 to wear when the other is in the wash. the night before your op use sanex 0% body wash.
Do you have a v pillow for sleeping upright? xx

oh yeah….try to wear clothes that are easy to get in and out of. button up tops and shirts but you are having overs so it should be hard to get dressed without help. xx

Hey, I ordered mine from Macom and they are really really supportive and adapt to any cup size you just need your back size. MYA recommended this brand to me x

I got my v pillow from Argos £10 it’s so comfy other v pillows are like £30 x
