    Apart from the basics. I’ve heard people talking about isit tredimol or something? the medicine for brusing? isit worth getting?
    aaand I’ve heard about the scar strips aswell which I’ll prob get. what else could I get? 🙂

    I pre op Hun but it’s arnica which is good for swelling and bruising xx

    Hey, I got some ice and put it in some sealed plastic bags. I felt this really helped with the swelling, especially when the weathers hot it feels very soothing 🙂
