I asked mr K about the tape as I react the plasters sometimes as he said that if its uncomfy just take it straight off as soon as I want and don’t worry about it! My pre op nurse also said to take it off myself after 4 days, seems lots of people are told different x

Really lol it looks so hard to take off Haha xx

Im Preston first trust too :) argh 7 sleeps for me can’t wait! Xx

I would say Macom, I wore mine for about a week or so after mine. It kept them nice and secure which I think helped me get back to normal faster and I could sleep quite well as they were properly strapped up. I then got some sports bras from Marks and non wired bras from Marks, they were ok as give a better shape then the Macoms under clothes but not majorly comfy.

Def get a Macom to start with they are well worth it.

I got the Asda ones, 2 for 7 pound, comfy, suportive an can’t see it under a vest top, an so cheap don’t feel so bad having to buy new as size changes, make sure get band size bigger though, nurse told me I didn’t need to but I got 34 even though I’m usually 32, 3 days post op an could do with a 36 xx
