    Hey get my boobs done next week on tuesday the 27th at manchester with dr traynor, does anybody have any last minute advice, like stuff to take and also anything i should get ready at home for wheni get back after the op? Any advice would be appreciated, thanks girlies. x x x

    hi hun….a v-shaped pillow will be a god send to you, esp for the first couple of days when you have to sleep upright!! and some bio oil or vitamin e oil to rub into your scars after a couple of wks to help with the fading xx god….bet you’re so excited!! i had mine done last mon :bigsmile:

    pretty good thanks :bigsmile: i had an uplift and 460cc unders…..still pretty sore, as i’d had a ba about 8yrs ago, and one of the implants ruptured, so it took my surgeon quite a while to get all the silicone out, so my left breast is still really sore…but i’m getting there lol!! get my dressings off tomorrow, so hopefully bit better tomorrow xx

    toothbrush and toothpaste.. if you are wearing makeup.. be sure to take some makeup wipes

    Also a bobble to tie your hair back

    Something to read/do .. you do have a tv in your room, but you may get bored of watching tv

    Phone and phone charger

    sports bra

    zip up top, and some pjs… your not going to be able to lift your arms over your head so zip up top is a must!

    take addition pain killers – they gave me antibiotics – co drydramol and diclifenac which made me really really sick in the end they gave me tramodol by injection in the leg and had to cope with paracetomol and ibruprofen (however u spell it) – as it didnt realise until i got to the hotel how sick the tablets made me – everybody is different but u can get both for under

    mandymoo wt implants did u have before it rupted?? as im sooo scaryd about that happening to me!! :O
