    hi girls

    1 week to go for me, booked on the 21st in Manchester. Starting to panic about a few things now, sure I am just being paranoid.

    My best friend is full of cold and I have plans with her 3 days in the next week and I have now convinced myself I am going to get it as my immune system is the worst :( I was told by the nurse to get in touch if I had any symptoms in my pre op and that surgery may have to be put off if this happened.

    Has this happened to anyone before? and did you have to wait long to re-book?

    I know its stupid as am sure I’ll be fine but just looking for a little reassurance as it would break my little heart if I couldnt go through with my op as planned.

    I know just how you feel, I work in a school and we’ve got scarlet fever being passed around. For the last 2 days I’ve had a sore throat, which is how it starts. I’m on vit c and echinacea everyday to try build up my immune system! You wait and wait and its scary to think you get your hopes up and then can’t go through with it when you thought! Fingers X for ya hun x

    thanks chick, you too, am sure we will be fine, you dont know how tempted I am to walk around with a mask over my mouth to stop any germs reaching me though haha. when are you booked in? xxx

    Haaa I know what you mean!! I’m booked in 1st august with mr kazzazi in Doncaster, totally terrified but excited to not look like an ironing board anymore!!xx
