Hi girls, I need to know what to take with me? Any advice.. I’m so excited but constantly up and down with my emotions at the moment I just can’t sit and think what to take with me? I’m a day case travelling from Birmingham to Preston. The one thing I can only think of is my macom bra and a pillow ? And obviously some snacks. What else do I take with me? Xx

Also i can’t remember what the nurse told me, about showering before the op can I have a shower before I go on the actual day or does it have to be the night before? So many rules!!!

You can shower in the morning before your op but you’re not to apply anything to your skin after (no make up, deodorant, moisturiser, ect.) and no nail varnish. I’d recommend plaiting your hair also (that’s what I did, as it’s easy to manage after your op). I’ll attach a picture of what I took to hospital on my op day ? xxx

Yeh Gemma same day 17th we only have 5 days left @gemmamlee I keep worrying now it’s getting closer incase I get cancelled on I can’t see why I would but I’m so nervous now x
